a bit about me

I’ve been curious about starting a blog and finally decided to just jump in. Story of my life, you could say. Being a Southern girl, I was raised around a table “visiting” and enjoying food and family traditions. Because of those times, all things food related hold a special kind of comfort with me no matter where I go. Cooking, entertaining, tasting, discussing. I’ve never been known to be short with words – I guess I have a lot to share and find my thoughts fairly humorous. You may, you may not, but I at least hope to entertain for a moment and perhaps share with you something new. So, without further ado, I introduce to you [yet another] food blog with a flair, which I hope you enjoy.
